Excursion to Hailuoto

Welcome to a guided tour to Hailuoto!Duration of the tour is 6 - 7 hours depending on the ferry schedules.Driving time to the ferry from the centre of Oulu is about 30 min. Ferry trip to Hailuoto approx. 25 min. Group size 1 - 6 persons.We will pick you up from your accommodation in the centre of Oulu and drive to the ferry terminal. On the ferry trip you can get out of the car and enjoy the fresh sea air and take photos. In Hailuoto, we will first visit Organum, a concrete farm artwork built by Hai Art, located in Ulkokarvo. From there we drive to Marjaniemi, where we take a walking tour of the fishing village and the lighthouse. In Marjaniemi there is an opportunity to have lunch at a restaurant, we recommend booking in advance. We will help you with the reservation. You will also have the opportunity to buy our picnic pack and we can enjoy a picnic outside. On the way back we can stop at Hailuoto Brewery and Luovo Puoji, within their opening hours. Finally, we will take you back to your accommodation in the centre of Oulu.The tour can also be tailored to suit your needs and the visit destinations and schedules can be changed.
